Inventory-only is best suited for vacant properties or where access is arranged independently. Most landlords and agents choose a Check-In Report because it includes keys, tenant meeting and meter readings.

Additional Rooms & Extras
Prices assume the property has an Entrance/Hallway, Kitchen, Reception, Bathroom and the relevant number of Bedrooms. Additional rooms (e.g. gardens, extra bathrooms, stairs/landings, conservatories, basements, garages/outbuildings) are charged at: £10 per additional room.

Cancellation Policy
- No charge where 24 hours notice is given
- Less than 24 hours notice incurs a 50% charge
Private Landlords
For private landlord bookings, reports are not released until payment has been received.
