Prices assume the property has an Entrance/Hallway, Kitchen, Reception, Bathroom and the relevant number of Bedrooms. Additional rooms (e.g. gardens, additional bathrooms, stairs/landings, conservatories, basements, garages/outbuildings) are charged at: £10 per additional room.

Cancellation Policy
- No charge where 24 hours notice is given
- Less than 24 hours notice incurs a 50% charge

Reports are issued once payment has been received.
