·      Check-in and check-out reports

·      Interim property inspections

·      Related property documentation services

2. Booking and cancellations

Bookings

Bookings may be made by email or by phone.
A booking is confirmed once we send you an email or SMS confirmation.

Cancellations

·      Cancellations more than 24 hours before the appointment: no charge.

·      Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the price.

·      If the clerk cannot gain access to the property, a call-out fee may apply.

3. Access requirements

The client (landlord, tenant, agent or representative) must ensure:

·      Safe and timely access to the property

·      Keys, codes, and instructions are available

·      The property is in a suitable condition for inspection

Failure to provide access may result in additional charges.

4. Prices & payment

·      Prices are displayed on our website or provided in quotes

·      Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed

·      Reports may be withheld until payment is received

5. Scope and accuracy of reports

Our reports represent the condition of the property at the exact time of the inspection.

We are not responsible for:

·      Hidden or inaccessible items

·      Faults not visible during inspection

·      Issues that arise after the inspection

·      Misleading or incomplete information provided by the client

Concerns should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the report.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

·      Indirect or consequential losses

·      Loss of income or profit

·      Damage occurring after the inspection

·      Errors based on incomplete or incorrect information

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

This does not exclude liability for negligence or fraud.

7. Website use

You agree not to:

·      Misuse the website

·      Attempt unauthorised access

·      Copy or distribute website content without permission

We may update or remove site content without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All content on www.inventoryreports.london is the property of InventoryReports.London unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Privacy
